随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快,家庭养老功能的日益弱化,老年人的养老问题已成为重大的社会问题。居家养老的发展具有客观必然性,南京市居家养老服务已形成自己的特色。为促进我国城乡居家养老服务健康可持续发展,需要建立稳定增长的公共财政投入保障机制;加强专业队伍和志愿者队伍及社区居家养老服务网络建设;拓展居家养老服务对象和服务项目,不断满足亿万老年人日益增长的个性化、人性化和多样化服务需求。

How to Promote the Sustainable Development of the Home-based Support for the Aged

With the acceleration of population aging in China and the increasingly weakening of the home-based support for the aged,how to support the aged people has become a severe social problem.This article discussed the objective necessity to develop the home-based support for the aged,introduced the characteristic features of service of the home-based support for the aged in Nanjing and particularly presented the suggestions for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the home-based support for the aged in urban and rural areas.The suggestions include: Stable and increasing public-financial-funding-based-security-system should be established;Construction of professional and volunteer service systems and community service networks should be strengthened;Population serviced should be expanded and service items should be increased to satisfy the individualized,humanized and diverse demands of millions of the aged.
