老年慢性心力衰竭的多病因性及心衰类型分析

摘    要:目的对老年心力衰竭的多病因性及心衰类型、程度进行分析,对临床诊治提高参考。方法将206例老年心衰患者根据不同年龄段分为(60~69)岁、(70—79)岁和≥80岁三个年龄段,分析病因构成特点与心衰类型,并根据超声心动图对E/A,EF,LVD进行临床分析。结果老年心衰患者中94.7%为多病因,基础疾病以冠心病、高血压、肺心病为主,合并疾病以COPD、糖尿病、心律失常为主。老年人心力衰竭主要以舒张性心衰为主,占66.99%。结论老年心力衰竭患者主要以舒张性心衰为主,在治疗上应考虑到心衰的多病因性.进行防治。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the multifactor,the type and degree of chronic heart failure in elderly patients and to provide a reference for prevention and treatment of heart failure. Methods 206 elderly patients hospitalized for heart failure were included. The patients were divided into three groups:60-69 years old,70-79 years old and ≥80 years old group,to analysis the multifactor,the type of CHF,E/A,EF and LVD. Results The patients with muhifactors account for 94.7% of the heart failure in the elderly. The most number of basic disease in muhifaetor are the coronary heart disease, hypertension and corpulmonale. The most number of accompany disease are the COPD ,diabetes and arrhythmia. The type of heart failure in the elderly is dominated by diastolic heart failure ,occupy 66.99%. Conclusions The type of heart failure in the elderly is dominated by diastolic heart failure. So we must considered the muhifaetor when treating and preventing.
