| 摘 要： | 文章提出对工程项目"道德风险"进行防范的迫切性和重要性.在理性经济人假设的基础上,从委托代理关系的视角提出了防范"道德风险"的约束机制与教育建议.并指出理性经济人假设的不完全性,从"社会人"的角度说明教育对"道德风险"防范的特殊重要性,并提出相应的建议.

| Abstract: | This paper proposes the urgency and importance of taking precautions against "moral risk" of the project.On the basis of assumption of the "rational people" ,the paper proposes restriction mechanism suggestions to take precautions against "moral risk" from principal-agent prospect.Furthermore,it points out the defect of "rational people" suppose,states the special importance of education from "social people" prospect,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions. |
