走出企业文化建设的误区

摘    要:企业文化是提升企业竞争力的重要因素。我国一些企业在构筑自己的企业文化时,存在许多认识和实践上的误区,主要有:本本主义、形式主义、急功近利,盲动主义、简单同一,缺乏个性。要走出上述误区,企业应当把握这样一些原则:立足国情,面向国际、形实一致,实重于形、系统视角,注重整合、审时度势,不断创新、准确定位,追求个性。

Abstract:The paper concerns itself with a discussion on the mistinderstanding of the enterprise cuc- tural construction on the mistanderstanding of the edterprise cuctural construction in China, Oifferent from thers like basing on Chinese realities, orienting all the nations in the world, practical and formal unity, seeking personality and so on, this paper emphasizes the importance of the enterprise cucture, and gives up the misunderstandings such as book worship, formism, putschism etc.
