| 摘 要： | 世界主要国家已形成比较完善的行之有效的反腐败体系,通过分析具有代表性的芬兰、新加坡和日本的反腐败体制的特点,结合中国具体国情,可以为探索建立和完善我们的预防腐败体系提供有益的借鉴.主要思路应当是建立严密的预防腐败体系及严密而科学的监督机制,努力养成廉洁文化,全面打造清廉环境,积极强化国际合作.

| Abstract: | The anti-corruption system in the major countries in the world has been formed.The anti-corruption systems from Finland,Singapore and Japan can be used for reference in the establishment and perfection of improving the system of preventing corruption.The major thoughts include the establishment of strict system of preventing corruption,strict and scientific system of supervision,cultivating the culture of pure government,giving a whole environment without corruption and active international cooperation. |
