| 摘 要： | 现代教育管理的理念与方法应符合当代大学生的特点,其管理兼具激励、指导、服务等功能."对话-体验-引导"的教育管理模式遵循这一准则,以"生活世界"为理论基础,以对话、合作为具体操作形式,为学生创设平等、开放的交流空间,开辟共同管理的领城,使学生管理成为自下而上的自觉行为,从而达到管理育人的目的.
