论陕西地区农业文化遗产的保护与发展

陕西自古就是我国北方农业发展的重要区域,因受历史、文化、地域、环境等因素的影响,保存了众多具有多样性、典型性、稀缺性、延续性特点的农业文化遗产和悠久的农业历史文化。在现代化背景下,传统农业正逐渐被现代农业取代,许多珍贵的技艺、经验面临逐渐失传、消失的困境,传统农业智慧的保护传承岌岌可危。农业文化遗产是现代农业发展的基础，对农业文化遗产的保护传承是全社会共同的责任。目前,陕西已有四处农业文化遗产入选全国重要农业文化遗产名录,其中一项入选全球重要农业文化遗产。通过对陕西四处重要农业文化遗产的资源特性、保护现状、存在问题的分析,从构建陕西农业文化遗产保护管理体系、搭建交流合作平台、发掘遗产地资源、提升产品附加值、加大社区参与及科技投入等几方面对陕西农业文化遗产未来的保护和发展提出相应对策建议,以期为陕西农业文化遗产的保护、传承、活化及区域发展提供思路借鉴。

Research on the Development Direction of Agricultural Heritage Protection in Shaanxi

Shaanxi has been an important area of agricultural development in northern China since ancient times,with abundant agricultural cultural relics.Its agricultural heritage resources have the characteristics of diversity, typicality,scarcity and continuity.Under the background of modernization,traditional agriculture is gradually replaced by modern agriculture,many precious skills and experience are facing disappearance,and the protection and inheritance of traditional agricultural wisdom are in danger.The protection and inheritance of traditional agricultural wisdom is the common responsibility of the whole society and the foundation of modern agricultural development.At present,four agricultural heritages in Shaanxi have been selected into the National Agricultural Heritage List,and one of them has been selected as the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems.Based on the analysis of resource characteristics,protection status and existing problems of agricultural heritage in Shaanxi Province,this paper puts forward corresponding protection and development strategies from the aspects of building a perfect protection and management system,building an exchange and cooperation platform,exploring heritage resources,enhancing product added value, increasing publicity,community participation and scientific and technological investment.Through scientific protection,reasonable activation and utilization,combined with the advantages of local resources,the development of heritage sites will be promoted, and then the agricultural cultural heritage will be fed back to realize the virtuous cycle of protection,development and inheritance,which will provide reference for the protection,inheritance,activation and regional development of agricultural heritage in Shaanxi.
