| 摘 要： | 社会学研究对象的广泛性使得社会学的职业指向不如其他学科明确,因而社会学专业人才的职业适应能力定位应是具备能够适应复杂多变的社会环境的具有扎实社会学理论知识、实践能力和创新、应变能力的复合型人才。目前社会学专业职业适应能力培养中存在着一些问题,应通过教学改革来解决。

| Abstract: | Because of the universality of the study objects,Sociology's speciality has less definitude than some other subjects..So the sociology personnel's professional accommodating ability should be orientated to interdisciplinary talents who have profound theoretical knowledge,practicing ability,creativity and strain capacity,which can help them to adapt the complex and ever-changing society.At present,there are some problems in the cultivation of the sociology personnel's professional accommodating ability,which should be settled by reforming the aspects of teaching. |
