| Abstract: | At present, people have realized the necessity of reducing sta te contr olled stock, however, the legislation concerning the reduction of state control led stock is rather inadequate. There is still room for improvement in The Inte rim Measures . It is necessary to examine some issues about the reduction of s tate controlled stock on a deeper level from a legislative angle and put forward c oncrete legislative designs. |
