| 摘 要： | 该文通过选择总体经济实力、经济增长质量、产业结构、科技水平、经济外向度、人民生活水平六个方面的有关指标,分析兵团的经济发展状况,认为兵团的经济发展水平的综合指数总体上呈上升趋势,但是上升速度较慢。兵团要实现经济跨越式发展,应从经济结构战略性大调整和发展方式战略性大调整方面来着手,而农业产业化、新型工业化是实施经济结构大调整、发展方式大转变的根本途径。

| Abstract: | The paper chooses 6 indexes in overall economic strengthen, quality of economic growth, industrial structure, scientific and technological level, economy extraversion and living standards to analyze XPCC economic development. It has arrived at the conclusion that the comprehensive indexes of XPCC economic development are on the rise as a whole, but the growth rate is relatively slow. Therefore, XPCC should embark on the strategic adjustment of the economic structure and development mode in order to realize the basic approaches for the great-leap-forward development of XPCC economy. Agricultural industrialization and new industrialization are the fundamental way to realize the goal of great adjustment of the economic structure and development mode. |
