| 摘 要： | 文中运用对比分析的方法,分析了社会主义实行按劳分配的必然性及其缺陷,以及实行按生产要素分配的原因和负面作用。正是因为两种分配制度都有不足之处,因而在此基础上,提出了按劳分配应当与按生产要素分配相结合,并进一步阐述了两种分配制度相结合的理论依据、实践意义和现实基础,说明了按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合的必然性。

| Abstract: | This article explores the inevitability and weakness of socialist distribution according to work by means of comparison and analysis as well as the reasons for and negative effects of distributing according to production factors. As such a new way of distribution is brought forward based on the fact that neither of the two ways is impeccable. Com-bining the two ways properly will turn out to be an in-evitably better way of distribution. Points relevant to it are also discussed here. |
