论孙中山的人才思想

孙中山在领导资产阶级民主主义革命的过程中,继承并发扬了中国古代人才思想的优秀传统,同时又吸收了西方文官制度的合理成分,吸取百家之长,融通中西人才思想和用人实践,提出了自己的人才思想,并在当选为中华民国临时政府大总统后,把自己的人才思想付诸实施.本文试从"人尽其才则百事举"的重人思想、"使全民皆有科学知识"的普教育才思想、"尚公去私,厥惟考试"的选才思想、"有才有德"的人才标准和"人能尽其才"的任使策略、"官吏为人民公仆"的近代民主管理思想等几个方面,对其人才理论与实践进行全面剖析.

On Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Thoughts' of the Talents

When leading the bourgeois democratic revolution, Dr. Sun Yat-sen inherited and carried forward the excellent ancient Chinese tradition of valuing the talents and, at the same time, absorbed the rational components of Western bureaucratic system. Absorbing the essence of different schools of thoughts, combining the oriental and western thoughts on talents, and basing on the practice, he put forward his own thoughts and put them into practice after he was elected President of the Republic of China. The paper is aimed to conduct a comprehensive analysis of his theory and practice from these aspects: his thought of valuing the talents (if everyone can utilize his own talents, everything can be successful); his thought of educating the talents( all people should have the scientific knowledge); his thought of selecting the talents (examinations are the only choice in order to achieve the public purpose instead of private ones,); his standard of being the talents (a talent should have both knowledge and virtue ); his thought of employing the talents(make the best possible use of men) and his modern democratic thought of governing the talents (officials are the people's public servants), and so on.
