| 摘 要： | 目前职工参与权的理论依据主要有企业社会责任、利益相关者、人力资本和经济民主理论等四种学说，这四种理论有一定的合理性，通过考察四种理论兴起的经济社会背景，认为职工参与权是劳动者在生产中的地位提高的结果。从劳动力权视角来看，马克思的劳动价值论揭示了职工参与权本质，为职工参与权提供了坚实的理论依据。
