我国企业对韩国直接投资的现状分析

自从中韩建交以来，两国的相互投资不断增加，相对来说韩国在中国投资较多，我国亟需扭转这种不平衡的局面。文章分别对中国对韩投资不同发展阶段的特点、投资金额和数目、产业结构等进行阐述，总结出中国对韩投资在文化、产业结构、韩国的GDP、汇率以及韩国开放程度和政策优惠等方面的有利条件，以及在韩国医疗、教育、住房、企业经营等方面的不利因素，并结合韩国目前吸引外资的政策，提出中国对韩投资的方向性建议。

In order to reverse this unbalanced situation, the paper study on the characteristics in different development stages , the amount of investment and industrial structure of China＇s investment in South Korea, and others elaborate on the status, summed up the favorable conditions of China＇s investment in Korea such as cultural, industrial structure, South Korea＇s GDP, the exchange rate, and South Korea degree of openness and preferential policies, as well as the adverse factors in health care, education, housing , enterprise management, and other aspects, finally give some simple recommendations in China＇s investment direction combined with Korea＇s policy of attracting foreign investment.
