论环境资源法学理论体系的框架

On the Theoretical Framework of Jurisprudential System on Environment and Resources

It is essential to set up a scientific, systematic and applicable theoretical framework of jurisprudetial system on environment and resources and to bring within this framework, the legal system on environment and resources, the development of this system and the rule of law in the management of environment and resources. A sound theoretical framework is the pre-requisite for the improvement on the research, teaching and legal development of the jurisprudetial system on environment and resources. Research in this area will help further innovate the curriculum, renew methodology in the teaching of jurisprudence theory on environment and resources, and ultimately encourage the sustained development of our country.
