| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析我国当前少数民族地区公民非制度化政治参与活动的表现、特征及原因,来探讨非制度化政治参与的治理对策。治理对策有:坚持政治参与的正确原则;加强政治参与的制度建设;提高公民对政策体系的支持度;疏通和拓宽公民政治参与的渠道;大力加强参与型政治文化建设;严格约束公共权力,依法行政。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the performances,features and reasons of the political participation which our country’s current national minority take part in,this article trys to explore the countermeasures of the non-institutionalized political participation.The government countermeasure includes: adhere to the correct political participation principle;Strengthen the political participation of the system construction;increase citizen support of the policy system;Clear and broaden the channels of citizen’s political participation;Strengthen the participated political culture construction;Strict constraints of public power administration,according to law. |
