| 摘 要： | 目前 ,我国现行的分散国库支付管理制度暴露出的问题日益突出。改革迫在眉睫 ,而建立国库集中支付制度是解决这些问题行之有效的措施。通过借鉴国外各国管理国库的先进经验 ,探讨在现阶段如何建立有中国特色的国库集中支付制度 ,以逐步实现与国库管理的国际化接轨。

| Abstract: | More and more problems have now apppeared during paractising of grade classified and decentralized payment in China and an eager reform on the item have been eagely required for the problems,reforming the old system to the centralized treasury payment system is a more effective step as reported in here for removing the advanced experience from abroad and searching how to creat an new treasury payment system with Chinese features while it would linking with the international line. |
