李大钊的国际法思想

李大钊的国际法思想主要体现在三方面：１．提倡民族自决。他认为这是解决国际及国家问题之根本方法。２． 反对秘密外交，反对“以夷制夷”，提倡独立、自主、平等、务实的外交。他将有无密约作为考察他国“是否以平等待我之民族”的一个标准。３．废除不平等条约。他提出废除治外法权及收回税权，等等。历史证明，中国共产党的先驱者们从最开始就把争取我国的国际地位、建立世界政治经济新秩序作为自己毕生的奋斗纲领和目标

Li Dazhao's Thoughts on International Law

Li Dazhao is a great Marxist, the pioneer of the Chinese Communist movement as well as one of the main founders of the Chinese Communist Party. In his short life of 38 years, he left us a great deal of precious spiritual inheritance. This treatise probes into Li Dazhao's thoughts on the international law. His thoughts are as follows: 1. Advocating national self determination. 2. Opposing the secret diplomacy; opposing the view of playing one foreign state against another; advocating indepence, autonomy, equality and realitic diplomacy. 3. Abolishing inequal treaties.
