| 摘 要： | 随着高等学校教育改革的深入,高校后勤社会化问题也提到议事日程。在后勤社会化转型中存在着诸多财务管理问题,应采取响应对策:搞好资产评估,明晰产权关系,树立契约观念和竞争意识;强化流管力度,实施有效的财务监控。

| Abstract: | With the development of educational reform of colleges and universities,the affairs of socialization of colleges' and universities' rear service also has been put into discussion schedule.Accordingly steps should be taken because there are many financial administrative problems in the transformation of socialization of rear service.The steps include doing asserts evaluation well,distinguishing the relationship between property rights and developing contract conception and competition sense,intensifying mobile administration and carrying out efficient financial supervision. |
