| 摘 要： | 进行农村土地整理是农村综合治理,加快推进城乡一体化建设,实现土地资源可持续利用和社会经济良性循环发展的具体手段和保证。在开展农村土地综合整治的工作中,要求大力发展循环经济,充分整合各种城乡资源,逐步提高农村居民收入水平和生活质量,统筹兼顾短期和长远利益,树立节约资源,有效保护耕地环境意识,妥善处理经济建设、人口增长与资源利用、生态环境保护的关系,真正实现农村经济持续协调健康发展。
