| 摘 要： | 将质量功能展开理论与民办高校工程管理专业人才培养相结合，以顾客需求为导向，将人才培养类比为企业产品开发，引入企业质量工程的思想，构建出基于质量功能展开方法的工程管理专业人才培养设计与规划模型，并以西安翻译学院工程管理专业人才培养的总体设计与规划为例，详细呈现该模型的应用过程。

| Abstract: | The paper,combining the QFD theory with the personnel training mode of engineering management major in private colleges and universities and on the basis of the customerˊs needs,builds the EMPQFDM by treating the personnel training as the product development in an enterprise. It introduces the idea of the quality engineering （QE）and illustrates the application process of this model taking for example the overall planning and design of the engineering management personnel training in Xi’an Fanyi University. |
