摘    要:园林专业是一门重实践的学科,本科生导师制对园林专业学生学分制的完善、个性化教育和素质教育具有重要意义。通过分析目前园林专业本科生导师制存在起步较晚,存在还未落到实处以及存在与其他现有学生管理机构不能很好的结合等问题,提出园林专业本科生导师制应注重选择有责任心的导师、明确导师职责;注重将本科生导师制与园林专业学生实践技能培养紧密挂钩;注重将本科生导师制融入园林专业学生四年学习生活过程等实施新思路。

Abstract:Landscape architecture is a discipline with its emphasis on practice,and tutorial system plays an essential role in the credit system improvement,personalized education and quality education in gardening major undergradu-ates. At present,in landscape architecture,tutorial system has been a late starter,implemented infectively and not combined well with other student management organizations. Through analyzing those problems mentioned above, this article puts forward new ideas,that is,responsible tutors should be chosen and their duty defined;tutorial sys-tem should be combined closely with gardening major undergraduates’skill training;and it should be involved in four - year’s study of gardening major undergraduates.
