| 摘 要： | 创新教育与创新管理是两个不同而又有联系的概念，创新把教育和管理紧紧联系在一起。创新教育必先重视管理自身，必须从学校自身的创新管理做起。创新管理和创新教育永远是一种动态的过程，其间两者的关系相辅相成，缺一不可；社会进步和发展是创新教育及创新管理前进的指向，创新教育和创新管理，是教育事业本身的需求，更是当代社会的呼唤。

| Abstract: | Creative education and creative management are two different but closely-related concepts. It is creativity that relates education with management. When it comes to creative education. great importamce has to be attached to management of the college or the university, esp the creative management. Is terms of development, creative education and creative management are a dynamic process in which the two are integral and inseparably interconnected. The social progress guides the development of creative education and creative management. Creative education and creative management are actually the need of education and the calling of modern society. |
