Protection of Related Intellectual Property Rights in Virtual Enterprises

It is important and difficult for the virtual enterprise to protect the related intellectual property rights(IPRs), based on the mutual trust of the collaborating partners on the internet. There are mainly three methods to protect the related IPRs of VE: the legal protection is a high cost way which works after the violation of IPRs; the contract protection is a low cost way which works before the violation of IPRs; the technical protection is a fundamental way which contains the characteristics of VE. With the three methods combined together, a good protection system of the related IPRs is provided for the VE.
