| 摘 要： | 一个社会只有实现了公平的正义,才能消解一切社会冲突的根本性诱因,从而实现社会的长期稳定和发展,因此,对公平的正义理论的研究在促进社会发展中的作用也显得非常重要。本文论述了正义理论的内容及其重要社会意义,并就公平的正义理论的权利依据进行了较详实的阐述。

| Abstract: | The basic causes of all social conflicts can be eradicated only on the basis of the realization of justice of fairness. Therefore, the study of theory of justice as fairness plays a vital role in promoting social development. The present essay tries to illustrate the social significance of the research of justice and presents a detailed analysis of the right basis of the theory of justice as fairness. |
