| 摘 要： | 宪法司法化对于树立宪法的权威,保障宪法的实施,建设社会主义法治国家具有重要的意义.宪法司法化是当今世界宪法发展的必须趋势,但我国在宪法司法化问题上一直处于徘徊状态.我国应该加快宪法司法化的进程,尽早建立起我国的违宪审查制度,切实保护宪法赋予每一个公民的基本权利.

| Abstract: | Judicaturization of constitution is important in building up the authority of the constitution, in the guarantee of carrying out the constitution and in building up the socialism rule of law country. Judic aturization of the constitution is the trend of the world, though our country he sitates and has a long way to go on this issue. So we should speed up tile proce ss of judicaturization and set up the censor system to protect the constitutiona l rights of the civil as soon as possible. |
