| Abstract: | This paper is to research the cost of foreign exchange risks emerging from the floating of exchange rates and the precautionary measures against foreign exchange risks in the technology import project.The precautionary measures against foreign exchange risks mainly consist of choosing the valuation Currency,payment in advance or postponed,option transaction and other measures. |
