| 摘 要： | 我国曾两度实行金融混业 ,但终因种种原因被分业经营所取代。面对入世所带来的大批全能型外资银行 ,要求实行金融混业经营的呼声甚高。但从历史的教训、实施金融混业经营所必备的前提条件以及我国的现状来看 ,我国尚需要一个较长的过渡时期 ,通过各方面制度的完善、规则的法制化来培育混业经营的条件。

| Abstract: | Multi monetary industry was once carried out in China,but it failed due to various factors.A large number of multi function bank or foreign capital brought about by china's entry into WTO call for multi monetary industgy urgently again .However,China still has a long way to go in carrying out this indurtry due to its present immature conditions. |
