2 0世纪 5 0年代是美国对外政策调整的关键时期 ,美国人的视野开始从欧洲向东方转移 ,美国在确保欧洲的利益不受影响的前提下 ,开始关注亚洲 ,进而提出欧亚并重的对外战略。美国 5 0年代对东亚、东南亚的外交政策调整对美国 6 0、70年代的外交政策的制订产生了深远的影响 ,尤其是其所谓的“全球战略”这一原则 ,其影响一直持续到 90年代。本文力图阐明美国 5 0年代对东亚和东南亚的政策及其演变过程 ,主要是想说明当今美国对华政策摇摆不定的历史渊源 ,以及现在美国处理全球事物的原则和目的。

The Analysis of the Foreign Policies of the United States to East Asia and Southeast Asia in the 1950s

The American attention transfers from Europe to Asia in the 1950s when the United States restructures the foreign policy.In order to ensure its benefit,the United States starts to pay attention to Asia,and lays Europe and Asia on equal situation.The foreign policies of the United States produce the profound influence on Asia in the 1950s,especially in the 1960s and the 1970s,and even the principles keep on to the 1990s,in particular it's "Whole World Strategy". The article interprets the reasons of the United States bringing up the foreign policy to East Asia and Southeast Asia in the 1950s,and explans the historical origin on the policies of the United States to China,and puts forward the principles and the purposes of the United States handling the international affairs.
