| 摘 要： | 沉默的螺旋是传播学关于大众传播效果研究中一个非常重要的理论,它指的是人们为了避免因持有某种态度和信念而造成孤立,因而在表达意见的人的数量增加的时候会放弃原有的想法和态度,实现与主导意见的趋同。由于网络空间具有独特的传播特质,这个理论的权威性在网络空间受到了前所未有的挑战。

| Abstract: | Spiral of Silence is a very important theory in mass media effect study,it refers to the phenomenon that people will give up their original idea or attitude and follow the dominant ideas in order to avoid isolation.However,the authority of this theory is now much challenged in cyberspace because of the unique openness and individuality of the internet. |
