| Abstract: | Some distinquishing features have been studied in this thesis for qualification to hold a secretary post in Ancient China and Modern Western Developed Countries. Based upon the fact, the followings have been further discussed the qualitication to hold a secretary post adapted to the requirements of the social development, the important role playing in improving the secretary education in our country. |
