| 摘 要： | 刑事一体化旨在解决立法之间的前后矛盾,理顺立法之间的逻辑关系,消除立法之间的非契合性给司法实践造成的障碍,最终提高治理犯罪的效率以及提升预防犯罪的社会效果。在刑事一体化思想指导下,针对我国反腐立法的散乱、滞后、衔接不畅的问题,我们必须构建统一的反腐立法体系,制定统一的反贪污贿赂法,以实现反腐目的。

| Abstract: | The non-conjunction nature which exists in anti-corruption legislation has already made the anti-corruption system work ineffectively. Based on this, the paper held that the formulation of anti-corruption law is necessary, and the legislation pattern should be a synthesis legitimate form. Most of all, the mode of Integration of Criminal is the guide to those problems. |
