人才强国战略的历史的现实依据

摘    要:人才强国战略是我国在新世纪的第一国策。它已成为党和国家的意志。通过历史的考察和对现实内外环境的分析,阐明人才强国战略是中国历史经验的科学总结,是新经济时代增强国家综合竞争力的唯一选择,是保证全面建设小康社会的根本对策。

Abstract:With the new century to come, the strategy of laying stress on talent people for making a strong country has become the first important one of the Party and the State. This article, by analysis of historical and realistic environments, assumes that the strategy is a scientific summary of Chinese historical experiences, also an exclusive choice for improving overall national strength of new economic era, thus a fundamental policy for building all-round moderately well-off society.
