经济转型形势下苏州乡村旅游人才培养途径研究

为了适应苏州城市转型升级、城乡一体化建设发展的形势，随着苏州乡村旅游业的不断发展，乡村旅游人才问题也渐渐突显出来，高素质的旅游管理人才和旅游服务人员的缺乏严重制约了苏州乡村旅游的发展，要进一步发展苏州乡村旅游，应该通过做好旅游人才的规划、培养高素质的旅游人才、对现有乡村旅游人员进行培训等途径来提高乡村旅游人才的数量和素质，进一步提升乡村游的管理水平。

n Ways to Train Qualified Personnel for Rural Tourism- Taking Sushou in Economic Transition as a Case

With the development of rural-urban integration, Suzhou keeps on deepening its transformation and upgrading. As a result, its rural tourism has gained rapid development. However, various problems regarding tourism personnel have arisen thereupon. Shortage of high-qualified tourism personnel （both in Management and in Service） has laid restraints on the growth of rural tourism in Suzhou. To solve these problems, the author suggests that a feasible work plan to train tourism personnel be well-made, including approaches like training the existing rural tourism practitioners. Not only the quantity and quality but also the management level of the personnel should be uplifted for the upgrading of rural tourism.
