| 摘 要： | 日本高等教育通过不断改革和发展,现已形成了完备的高等教育体系。根据办学体制和主要经费来源的不同日本大学可分为国立、公立和私立大学三种形式。政府对高等学校的管理和监督权限,也是因国立、公立还是私立而有所不同。政府对各类大学的不同管理权限反映了日本大学办学自主权运行的特点和趋势。

| Abstract: | Now high education in Japan has formed the complete system through the continuous reform and development.According to the different system and the origin of funds,the universities in Japan can be divided into national university,public university and private university.The state implements the different managerial competence towards the different pattern universities,which reflecting the features and trend of individual power in the universities of Japan. |
