论海权对中国石油安全的影响

马汉首创“海权论”后 ,催生了中外学界对海权的研究热潮。但这些研究大都集中于对马汉海权论本身的阐释和各国海权实践的宏观研究 ,海权对特定国家安全的影响等微观研究 ,尚缺乏深入。本文从国家安全中撷取“石油安全”议题 ,从辨识海权概念入手 ,阐明中国海权的现状、特点、功能 ,然后探讨海权对石油安全的影响 ,最后作出简短结论。

On the Influence of Sea Power upon China's Oil Security

Mahan's initial study of sea power has ushered in a research fever of sea power in the academic circle of the world. Focusing on the “oil security” among the agenda of national security, this article begins with an identification of the concept of sea power, and then explains the current status, characteristics and function of Chinese sea power. It further discusses the impact of sea power upon oil security, to be followed by a brief conclusion.
