| 摘 要： | 农村土地承包经营权流转是物权法领域的一个新问题,农村土地承包经营权究竟能以怎样的方式流转,国内现有的立法已经做出若干规定。鉴于此项法律制度涉及亿万农民的切身利益和我国农业生产的发展方向,因此,必须合理设计和构建相配套的市场运作机制,才能使该项法律制度日臻完善。

| Abstract: | It is a new problem for the field of real law to make a circulation of management right of contract for land in rural areas.And the present legislation at home has established some regulations about how to make such a circulation.Since this legal system involves both in the immediate interest of hundreds of millions peasants and in the developing direction of our agricultural production,it is necessary to make a reasonable design and construction of the matched mechanism of market operation so as to perfect it day by day. |
