Commentary on the Measures of Bush Administration to Improve Teachers' Quality

Based on abundant Federal documents,this paper first introduces the achievements of Bush administration in carrying out BCLB Act since the beginning of 21st century,and then it classifies and analyzes the measures of Bush administration to improve teachers’ quality,emphasizing the series of measures and their positive effect of Bush administration in policy-making,research-guiding,and financial- supporting.Taking various objections into consideration,the paper finally proposes a view that NCLB Act of Bush Administration is not bound to improve teachers’ quality.
