不搞私有化：构建和发展“中国模式”的定海神针

不搞私有化,再一次表达了中国在改革方向上的原则立场,是中国在关键时刻作出的郑重选择,是构建和发展中国模式的根本前提和定海神针。不搞私有化,坚持以公有制为主体,多种所有制共同发展,致力全体人民的共同幸福,既是我国社会主义制度的要求和特点,也是我国经济运行的需要和特点。不搞私有化,并不妨碍发展多种所有制经济;不搞私有化,也不能搞纯而又纯的公有制。这一切都是由我国社会主义初级阶段的基本国情所决定的,由中外历史所证明了的。
