| 摘 要： | 探索和实施基层党建工作激励机制对于发挥高校基层党组织的作用具有重要的现实意义。激励机制的构建和实施要结合高校基层党建工作特点,在思想上重视基层党建在高校中心工作中的重要地位,在体制上赋予基层组织应有的职位权力,明晰功能定位,加强队伍建设,建立和推行绩效考核机制。
