女子院校大二年级分层德育模式研究

摘    要:女子院校大学生在不同年级有不同的主导性需求。经过大一的磨合和成长,大二学生在生活、人际交往等方面更加适应,更重视学业,专业思想基本树立。更重要的是,她们具备了初步的社会性别意识,与普通院校学生相比,独立性和主体意识更强,成为优秀女性的愿望强烈,但在专业视野和社会体验上存在不足。为此,针对大二学生特点,应本着“以人为本,尊重差异,贴近学生,完善人格”的原则,将社会性别视角融入德育教育中,构建促进女子院校大二学生健康成长的分层德育模式。

Abstract:Women’s college students in different grades have different dominating needs. After struggles to adapt in grade one, in second grade they become more adaptable in daily life and relationships, they attach greater importance to study, and they set up professional concepts. More importantly, they develop gender consciousness. Their independence, subjectivity and their desire to become outstanding women are stronger compared to other college students. But the experiences are insufficient in professional spheres and society. According to the characteristics of sophomores, based on the principles of orientation toward people, respect for differences, closeness to students, and the principles of perfecting their personalities, we should incorporate gender consciousness into moral education, and build layered moral education to promote the healthy growth of college students.
