| 摘 要： | 旅游 ,作为一项越来越重要的人类经济活动 ,与其他人类经济活动一样面临着各种各样的危机和风险 ,因而必须加强危机管理。本文从旅游业的行业特征入手 ,分析了旅游业危机的引发因素及其对旅游业的影响 ,提出了危机管理的思考 ,对旅游业危机管理机制和危机管理体系的构建进行了初步探索

| Abstract: | As a more and more important economic activity of human being, tourism faces a variety of crisis and risk as other human economic activities do.Therefore,crisis management must be strengthened in tourism industry.In this essay,the author,starting with the features of tourism industry,has analysed different factors leading to crisis and the effect on tourism,advances his consideration of crisis management,and also discusses the establishment of crisis management mechanism and system of tourism industry. |
