| 摘 要： | “三农”问题的核心是农民问题,要解决农民问题必须使农民组织起来。农民组织化是保障农民基本权益的重要途径,是推进现代农业发展的有效机制,是社会主义新农村建设的组织基础。积极稳妥地推进农民组织化,是解决“三农”问题的必由之路。

| Abstract: | The farmers’problem is the crucial point of the three farm problems. To solve the farmers’problems we have to organize the farmers in that it is an important way to safeguard the farmers’basic rights and interests, an effective mechanism to advance the modern agricultural development as well as the foundation of the construction to the new rural of socialism. Advancing the farmer organizations stably is the way that must be taken to solve the problems of farmers, rural areas and agriculture production. |
