| 摘 要： | 我国证券市场发展迅速,但是在功能定位、股权结构、上市公司信息披露等方面存在伦理缺陷。此外,部分证券从业机构缺乏诚信,坑害中小投资者的现象也不鲜见。如果无视证券市场存在的伦理缺陷.随着道德滑坡,信用丧失,证券市场将无秩序可言,最终将导致证券市场的崩溃。

| Abstract: | China's security market develops rapidly, but there are ethical defects with the function orientation, equity structure and information publication of listed companies. Besides, it is not uncommon to see small investors framed by some security companies that are neither honest nor trustable. If these defects were overlooked, there would be no order with the slip of ethics and loss of trust, and the security market would eventually collapse. |
