| 摘 要： | 优秀教师是圆满体现教育精神、有效实施优质教学、广受学生欢迎的教育工作者。但其具体的评判尺度与基本要素究竟是什么?至今众说纷纭,意见不一。笔者通过考察检视一些优秀教师的心智品质、专业素养与教育行为,认为其应当具有十个基本特征。判明厘清优秀教师的基本特征,对于提升教师的专业次层和生命形态,促进教育质量和学生发展,有着重要的理论意义和实践价值。

| Abstract: | Outstanding teachers should embody educational spirit,enforce high-quality teaching and win popularity with the students.So far,opinions vary about the yardstick of judgment and basic elements.Through investigation of outstanding teachers' mental quality,professional accomplishment and educational behavior,it is believed that outstanding teachers possess ten basic characteristics.It is of great value to improve teachers' professional level,the education quality and students' overall abilities by clarifying outstanding teachers' basic characteristics. |
