用素质教育的观点构建教学计划

摘    要:本文从素质教育的观点出发 ,对教学计划中的学时分配问题提出新的思路 ,如三个课堂的提法 ,“知识包”、“课程板块”等概念。同时对教育观念、教育结构、教学结构、课程结构等也提出了新的构想。这些思路和构想就是试图在有限的时间内 ,通过教学计划的重组 ,使人才培养的过程更加优化 ,时间得到更充分的利用 ,效益得到更大的发挥。这样 ,既能解决学时膨胀的矛盾 ,又能提高教学质量和教学水平。

Abstract:According to the quality teaching theories and points, this paper puts forward some new trains of thought for class hour distribution, such as 3 classes, knowlede content, kesson, plates At the same time, it also raises some new ideas for teaching sense, educational structure, teaching structure, lesson structure. The purpose of these ideas is to make the process of individual training more advanced, to put the time into best use, and to make the benificial result get further elaboration through teaching plan's reorganization in limited time. So we can motonly resolve the contuadiction of class hours' expansion, butalso improve the teaching quality and teaching standard.
