用素质教育的观点构建教学计划

本文从素质教育的观点出发 ,对教学计划中的学时分配问题提出新的思路 ,如三个课堂的提法 ,“知识包”、“课程板块”等概念。同时对教育观念、教育结构、教学结构、课程结构等也提出了新的构想。这些思路和构想就是试图在有限的时间内 ,通过教学计划的重组 ,使人才培养的过程更加优化 ,时间得到更充分的利用 ,效益得到更大的发挥。这样 ,既能解决学时膨胀的矛盾 ,又能提高教学质量和教学水平。
