思想政治教育者的主体性研究

摘    要:思想政治教育者作为思想政治教育活动的组织者、发动者和实施者,这样一个特殊的地位决定了教育者的主体地位.从主体性哲学的角度来研究思想政治教育者的主体性是十分有必要和有意义的,思想政治教育者只有真正确立了主体性或者说认识到自己的主体性,才能自觉地、能动地发挥主导作用,才能对受教育者进行有效的积极的教育,同时还能使教育具有创新性和前瞻性,真正实现教育的至善的目标.

Abstract:The subjectivity of ideological and political educators plays a significant role in ideological and political education.Therefore,ideological and political educators should be well aware of their own subjectivity.Only by doing so,is it possible for them to give full play to their leading role,to carry out effective education among educatees,and to make the education creative and foresighted.
