| 摘 要： | 经济全球化和多变的经营环境，促使企业管理创新。现代信息技术与计算机技术的发展，使可视化管理这一新的管理技术与方法在中小企业实现成为可能。在我国，中小企业实现可视化管理必须针对我国国情与中小企业的特点，从信息化基础建设，组织结构重组与优化，数据库平台等方面进行建设，才能达到提高企业管理效率的目的。
