| 摘 要： | 认识生态转型的"拐点"及生态转型的过程及基本特征,对水污染的治理具有十分的意义.通过对课题组所做的太湖流域、淮河流域的调查案例进行梳理、分析,发现污染企业"拐点"重要,与是否污染、污染的程度及普通村民的抗争关系不大,而与其社会影响程度密切相关;没有生态自觉的企业,即使被迫转变而后仍可能继续污染环境;与其不同,有些企业因为内部或外部的原因,开始形成"生态利益自觉"意识,并在实践中取得成效;另一些企业则主动利用"生态"中隐含的技术效益和市场机遇发展生态产业."生态精英"的引领在生态转型中扮演重要角色.
