| 摘 要： | 结合我国居民收入分配的现状 ,从公平和效率的角度对收入分配的差距进行了分析 ;探讨了分配造成的差距怎样才算合理 ,怎样算不合理这一问题。为使收入分配得到良性发展提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper elaborates the present situation of residential income and distribution, and analyzes the gap of income and distribution from the angle of fair and efficiency. It explores what is reasonable and what is unreasonable to the income difference made by distribution. Finally, the paper puts forward relevant proposals in order to make income and distribution virtuously developed. |
